Do you take credit cards?

We are pleased to inform you that we do accept credit cards online as a form of payment. However, please note that we exclusively accept Visa and MasterCard for credit card transactions. Cash will be used as the method of payment for your balance.

 

Is the boat safe for young children?

To ensure the safety and enjoyment of all participants, we have a policy that only allows children aged 5 years or older to join our tours. Rest assured, we provide life vests for kids to ensure their safety during the tour, and our guides are trained to assist families with children to make the experience enjoyable for everyone.

What is included?

All our excursions include a captain, gas, cold soft drinks, some snacks(chips) and various size of snorkeling gears.

 

What kind of drinks do you offer?

In our cooler you can find a case of cold beers (Local or American), some sodas, and water. 

 

Can we cancel our trip?

We have a very strict 48-hour cancellation policy. If you need to cancel or reschedule your tour with us you must do so 48 hours before your tour time. After this timeframe we will not be able to provide a deposit refund or allow you to reschedule your time. No exceptions.

Note: If we contact you in regards to your booking needing to be canceled due to weather concerns you will be issued a full refund or the ability to reschedule. If you have not received contact from us about cancellation, expect your tour to operate and be on time! 

 

Can we do our own itinerary?

We're delighted to offer our guests the opportunity to customize their boat tour to create a unique and tailored experience. Prior to your tour day, please don't hesitate to reach out to our team with your preferences and any special requests you may have. We're here to ensure your boat tour is a memorable adventure that suits your specific interests and desires.

 

Is the tour safe for pregnant women?

Unfortunately for your own safety, we do not recommend this tour for pregnant women as it is a boat tour that reaches high speeds, potentially sharp turns, and could be a bumpy ride.

Where do we meet?

To reach our boat you will have few options. Palm Cay Marina is where we are located. This place is the easiest spot to meet, with a big free and safe parking.

​

If you are located near another marina, we can arrange pickup for a fee. Please reach out to us if you prefer an alternative pickup location.

​

Where do you operate?

Currently, we are based in Nassau, Bahamas and have charters traveling to Rose Island, the Exumas and Eleuthera.

HOW LARGE IS THE VESSEL?

We currently have a 34ft 2013 HydraSports that seats up to 12 guests.
